… that there is a PW standard invoice form for you to try out?

The purpose of this form is so that you, and the entire PW community, can benefit from every change made to the form.

The standard invoice form is customizable so that you can set up the invoice that best fits your business. For example, you can choose:

  • What to print in the invoice header, like your logo, or your store’s contact information.
  • What to print in the invoice footer, like your Invoice Message or a graphical picture.
  • What part information prints, such as the secondary part description or the warranty information.
  • What account information prints, such as account notes or delivery instructions.

There are many other new features to discover, such as a new subtotal section and a new payment section.

You might already be using a PW standard form if the name of the form starts with ‘PW’. You can find the name of the form you are using on the Controls, Store, INVOICE OPTIONS screen, FORMS SETUP tab.
