… so the PartsWatch application just updated the month-end close schedule for the February 2020 period to “2-29-2020” if the existing record previously had a value of “2-28-2020”.
If the existing value is anything besides “2-28-2020”, then the existing value was left alone. Note: Some users perform their month-end close on the 25th.
PW users will not have to change the value back to “2-28-2021” in the year 2021 as the PW application will automatically change it back accordingly.
Going forward, PW users will no longer have to manually change the month-end for February or worry about any February month-end close, as the PW application will automatically perform the change in future leap years. 🙂
