Announcement: PW is no longer “slow”…

Latest Post: as of Wednesday (3-4-20) at 1:30 pm ET:

All customers now seem to be “working fine”.

We finally heard back from our carrier late yesterday evening that  the network problems are resolved (no details yet).

We might update this site again if we have more information.

Latest Post: as of Tuesday (3-3-20) at 11:00 am ET:

Some customers have reported that everything is “working fine” today.

We also noticed that the Verizon carrier has “issues” this morning, but Verizon is so large nationally that it is hard to predict if there is any impact to any of our PW customers.

We still have not heard back from our carrier that the “Comcast network issues” from yesterday were resolved.

We will update this site again when we have more information.

There was a change made that might “resolve” some customers but the issue is still being worked on.

Earlier Post:

Some customers have called in today reporting “PW slowness” and “lock-ups”.

There is definitely a network issue with some carriers (e.g. Comcast which includes their subsidiaries like Charter and Spectrum). Note: Verizon does not appear to be affected (among others).

Our provider and Comcast are working together to resolve the issue. We currently don’t know when this issue will be resolved. We will update this site when we know something.
