Our commitment is to continue to enhance the PartsWatch product with the goal of helping you run your business. There are 180 enhancements in this release.
There is a new installer program called Install Shield.
There are 50 NEW training and informational videos to help you learn about the new features.
- Release highlights include:
- Catalog: Enhanced ACES Catalog screen with a vehicle search, a buyer’s guide, a license plate lookup, new quick and easy sourcing, default option to hide NIFs, position and brand filtering and the ability to save catalog jobs.
- Catalog: Added support for multiple catalogs including Federated.
- Invoicing: Added the ability to setup promotions (e.g. BOGO).
- Closeouts: Added a new GL Export.
- Purchasing: Added the ability to import an order from a spreadsheet on a new PO CREATE screen with lots of other new functions (e.g. there are now six different minimum threshold options).
- Other changes include:
- AR: Added the ability to over apply payments and to enter a PE transaction after EOD and before EOM.
- Invoicing: Added the ability to email quotes to multiple recipients. The same for invoices and statements.
- Invoicing: Enhanced PW Standard Invoice form with more options.
- Purchasing: Added the ability to edit a PO after transmission.
- Inventory: Added a new warranty setup screen; useful for returned batteries and tires
- User Interface: Added the ability to have up to 20 windows open at once.
- And many, many more!
