Did You Know…

… that you can refresh PartsWatch without logging out?

To refresh the application, and apply changes you might have made on any of the many setup screens in PW, click HELP, Clear Cached Data in the top left corner.

Clearing the cache in PW does the following:

  • Refreshes security plans and menu tasks made on the System Security Setup screen
  • Refreshes employee data changes made on the Employee Setup screen
  • Refreshes all switches on all Enterprise, System (e.g. System General Setup) and Store (e.g. Invoice Options) screens

When the cache has been cleared, you will get a pop-up telling you so, all without having to log out and log back in!
